Paid Services Terms
1. General
1.1. These terms are the offer of the Selm team (the “Team”, “we”) to provide paid services in Selm (the “Service”). They supplement the Terms of Use.
1.2. By paying for a service you accept these terms. A successful payment of the invoice in Telegram counts as acceptance.
2. Paid services
2.1. Pro subscription — extended features of the Service for the subscription period.
2.2. Spark packs — sparks for AI actions on top of the free daily ones.
2.3. The Service also lets you voluntarily support the author of a story (section 6). This is not a service of the Team but a gift on which the Team keeps a commission.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. Prices are shown in the Service in Telegram Stars before you pay. As of this version: Pro — 149 ⭐ per 30 days; spark packs: 100 sparks — 35 ⭐, 300 sparks — 89 ⭐, 1,000 sparks — 249 ⭐.
3.2. Payment happens in Telegram’s payment window. Telegram Stars are bought in Telegram under its rules; the Team never receives your card details.
3.3. We may change prices. New prices apply to new purchases; periods and packs already paid for are not recalculated.
3.4. The price of an active Pro subscription stays the same at every renewal until you cancel it. If you cancel and subscribe again, the price on the date of the new subscription applies.
3.5. We may run promotions: temporary discounts, bonus sparks, gift chapters. The terms are shown in the Service; a promotion may end or change without affecting what you have already received.
4. Pro subscription
4.1. Pro includes:
- 150 sparks every day instead of 20;
- a stronger AI model and/or deeper reasoning, depending on the Service’s current settings, which are shown before each action;
- stories read aloud;
- no ads;
- a PRO badge next to your name;
- AI access after the Service’s shared free daily limit is used up, within technical limits.
4.2. Pro features work within the Service’s technical limits: daily sparks, request rate and the monthly audio budget.
4.3. The subscription lasts 30 days from payment and renews automatically: at the end of each period Telegram charges the subscription price to your Stars balance.
4.4. You can cancel renewal at any time: in Selm’s settings or in Telegram (Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions). After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. You can turn renewal back on in Telegram.
4.5. If Telegram can’t take the payment, the subscription doesn’t renew and Pro ends at the end of the paid period.
4.6. The Team may gift Pro for a set period. Gifted Pro doesn’t renew automatically.
5. Spark packs
5.1. Sparks are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
5.2. Purchased sparks don’t expire and are spent after your free daily ones.
5.3. Sparks can’t be exchanged for money or transferred to other users and are cancelled if you delete your account.
5.4. The spark cost of an action depends on the AI model that performs it and is shown in the Service before the action starts.
5.5. Welcome gift: every user gets a few chapters written by the Service’s strongest model with no sparks charged (currently 3). A gift chapter is used only when the chapter is saved successfully, has no cash value, can’t be transferred and may change for new users.
6. Supporting authors
6.1. You can support a story published to the feed or available by link, except your own. The amount is from 1 to 10,000 Stars.
6.2. The Team keeps a 20% commission. The remaining 80% goes to the author’s earnings balance.
6.3. The author sees your name and the amount.
6.4. Support is voluntary and gives no special rights to the story. Refunds are possible only in the cases listed in the refund policy.
7. When a service counts as provided
7.1. Pro access and sparks are provided as soon as Telegram confirms the payment.
7.2. By paying, you ask us to start providing the service immediately and agree that after that the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days (where your country’s law provides it) no longer applies, except as described in the refund policy.
8. Failures and refunds
8.1. If you paid but Pro or sparks didn’t appear, send /paysupport in the chat with @Selm_bot — we will deliver what you paid for or return the Stars.

9. Liability
9.1. If a paid service wasn’t provided through our fault, we will provide it or refund the payment. Any other liability is limited as permitted by law, as set out in the Terms of Use.
10. Changes to these terms
10.1. We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page and applies to purchases made after it is published.
